Women's Self-Defense Instructors
Instructor 2 Marilyn is in the medical field and has more than 13 years experience in learning and teaching the classical Japanese karate system of Shotokan. As she works to teach self-defense seminars in her community, she sums up her self-defense philosophy succinctly: "My safety first, your feelings second."
