Women's Self-Defense Instructors
Instructor 2 Lonnie is a martial arts business owner and instructor who is deeply committed to his community. He participates in numerous charitable and fund-raising activities for organizations like UNICEF, the Lord's Pantry, West Chester Rotary, Project Warm, Living Beyond Breast Cancer and the Susan G. Komen Foundation. He is an accomplished practitioner with 17 years of Taekwondo training, 10 years of Hapkido and 2 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. "With the right knowledge and proper guidance, any woman can walk with confidence and assurance in her skills needed to defend herself. I became a Rape Escape instructor to teach the women in my family and community the most up-to-date and effective techniques of proper self-defense so they are able to have the confidence to effectively defend themselves if needed."
