Cory was teaching the Fight Like a Girl course under Mike Wall for two years until he became certified to teach.

"This is the best women's self-defense program I've seen.  Its great to take women through the class and watch their confidence build.  And, if I can help just one women defend herself from a rape -- or worse-- it will have been worth all the energy spent."

Cory says that a women's self-defense program should be simple and repeatable.

"Too many women's self-defense classes are watered-down karate classes.  Most women can't learn karate in three hours, but they can learn this program in three hours and be able to defend themselves at the end."
