Norris is an engaging, tell-it-like-it-is instructor who is a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.  With a real concern for the women in his community, Norris is dedicated to making a different through empowering women with self-defense knowledge.

“Enough Is Enough. Through education and practical training every women and child can be armed with intense, affective and realistic self-defense techniques.  With a plan of action, our families will have the knowledge and training needed to R.E.A.C.T.  against the everyday fears of abduction and rape.

"With education and the proper training our family’s and friends can and will have a fighting chance.

"As a dedicated husband and father of a 14-year-old daughter, I constantly worry about my family’s safety.  As a result, I started studying and researching different self-defense programs that were not martial arts based.  Fortunately, I ran across the Rape Escape Program Fight Like A Girl.  After, ordering and reviewing the DVD series, I concluded that this program offers effective and realistic training for women and young teens of all ages.
