That sums up Jami’s philosophy of women’s self-defense. She has prepared herself over a number of years to build her knowledge and skills to be able to pass them along to other women and girls. She uses her black belt in Shorin Ji and her current work in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and as a handgun instructor, to teach women and children self-defense.
